Hire a composer. Below are some composers who specialize in video games. You can also try posting a "Composer Wanted" request in the Unity Collaboration Forum.
Purchase stock audio. You can purchase royalty-free stock audio from the following sites:
Use free/CC stock audio.

I've dealt with Sound Rangers in the past for stock audio. They're reasonably priced, have a no-nonsense license, and a good selection of sounds.

musopen (I've used some classical recordings from them)

Kevin Macleod (his site mentions some of his stuff has shown up in iPhone games)

There is also this Audio Search engine I use called "Find Sounds"... its good when you are looking for something specific....
