Edit several animation keys at once

Question

I have an animation where several keys need to be moved to slow that part of the animation down. Instead of dragging them one key at a time, is there a way to have all selected keys be slowed down?

I did that kind of thing inside the script for example, Spider_Animation Pseudo code ("walk", 0.3);
