data Persistence between scenes using an InputField UI to stream text to another scene

My code works for this tutorial as it is supposed to EXCEPT the Name Text placed in a UI InputField does not persist from the Menu scenes to the Main Scene UI Text elements.

My code is in ReadInput.cs ; MenuUIHandler.cs ; MainManager.cs
