unity freezes every 10 seconds when in game,unity (game) freezes every ~10 seconds

whenever i have a game played in unity, every ~10s it freezes for around a second. It's not about the game, other pcs run it just fine. Can't be pc specs or antivirus. Also, nothing spikes in Task Manager. It freezes the whole unity app - not just game (stats also freeze etc) Tried updating graphic drivers too, starting to run out of ideas.

Anyone know what it could be? Thanks in advance <3
